A broad range of multi-disciplinary skills and experience in law, economics, finance, accounting, information technology, human resource and related disciplines would be suitable. Candidates should be analytical and conceptual, able to grasp and apply theory and enjoy robust discussion. Strong communication and analytical skills are key requirements. Individuals with relevant capital market experience or academic qualifications have an advantage.

 

Other General Requirements

  • A strong first degree in law, economics, finance or accounting with relevant industry experience and knowledge
  • Two (2) to eight (8) years’ relevant experience for the job and seniority
  • Strong understanding of capital markets and relevant technical areas
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills, as well as sound judgment
  • Excellent inter-personal skills and willingness to work in a diverse team
  • Exceptional ability to write, communicate and operate under pressure

CARA MEMOHON
(i) Borang permohonan boleh didapati daripada Bahagian Pengurusan Sumber Manusia, Jabatan Pendaftar, Universiti Utara Malaysia dengan mengemukakan sampul surat berukuran 26cm x 34cm beralamat sendiri dan bersetem RM1.00 atau datang mengambilnya sendiri di Kaunter Jabatan Pendaftar, UUM dengan bayaran sebanyak RM 5.00 yang boleh dibayar di Kaunter Bendahari, UUM atau dalam bentuk Wang Pos, dibayar atas nama ‘BENDAHARI UUM’.
(ii) Pemohon-pemohon yang sedang berkhidmat dengan Kerajaan/Badan Berkanun dan Kuasa-kuasa Tempatan hendaklah memajukan borang permohonan mereka melalui Ketua Jabatan masing-masing dengan melampirkan Laporan Penilaian Prestasi dan Kenyataan Perkhidmatan yang terkini. Permohonan yang tidak lengkap tidak akan dilayan.
(iii) Sila catatkan nama jawatan yang hendak dipohon pada bahagian atas sebelah kiri sampul surat semasa memohon dan menghantar borang.

Syarat-syarat Lantikan :

a)      Ijazah Sarjana Muda Undang – undang yang diiktiraf oleh Kerajaan daripada institusi-institusi pengajian tinggi tempatan atau kelayakan yang diiktiraf setaraf  dengannya; atau

b)      Lulus peperiksaan Akhir Peguam (Bar Final Examination); dan

c)       Lulus Bahasa Malaysia / Bahasa Melayu (termasuk lulus Ujian Lisan) pada peringkat Sijil Pelajaran Malaysia atau kelulusan yang diiktiraf setaraf dengannya oleh Kerajaan.

d)      Keutamaan akan diberikan kepada calon-calon yang mempunyai kemahiran komunikasi dan  penulisan yang baik dalam Bahasa Inggeris (high proficiency level in English).

e)       Mempunyai pengalaman berkaitan tidak kurang 6 tahun.

 

2. PENOLONG PENGURUS, GRED 8 (AKAUNTAN)

Gaji ditawarkan                             : Lingkungan RM2,738.89– RM6,984.14

 

Syarat-syarat Lantikan :

a)            Ijazah Sarjana Muda Perakaunan dalam bidang berkaitan yang diiktiraf oleh Kerajaan daripada institusi-institusi pengajian tinggi tempatan atau kelayakan yang diiktiraf setaraf  dengannya; atau

b)            Ahli Penuh Badan–badan Ikhtisas Perakaunan yang diiktiraf oleh Kerajaan; atau

c)             Ijazah Sarjana Muda Perakaunan yang diiktiraf oleh Kerajaan serta menjadi Ahli Penuh Badan–badan Berkanun Ikhtisas Perakaunan yang diiktiraf oleh Kerajaan; atau

d)            Ahli Penuh Institut Akauntan Malaysia; dan

e)             Lulus Bahasa Malaysia/Bahasa Melayu (termasuk lulus Ujian Lisan) pada peringkat Sijil Pelajaran Malaysia atau kelulusan yang diiktiraf setaraf dengannya oleh Kerajaan.

f)               Keutamaan akan diberikan kepada calon-calon yang mempunyai kemahiran komunikasi dan  penulisan yang baik dalam Bahasa Inggeris (high proficiency level in English).

 

SYARAT-SYARAT PERKHIDMATAN

Pegawai-pegawai yang memasuki perkhidmatan jawatan ini adalah tertakluk kepada syarat Skim Perkhidmatan SME Corp. Malaysia yang berkuatkuasa serta pindaan-pindaan yang dibuat ke atasnya dari semasa ke semasa.

UMUR

  • Calon-calon lantikan terus hendaklah berumur tidak kurang dari 18 tahun pada tarikh tutup iklan jawatan.
  • Pegawai Kerajaan yang sedang berkhidmat hendaklah berumur kurang daripada          54 tahun pada tarikh lantikan.

CARA MEMOHON

i.      Permohonan hendaklah menggunakan Borang Perjawatan SME Corp. Malaysia yang boleh didapati daripada Ibu Pejabat, Pejabat Negeri  ATAU boleh dimuat turun dari laman web   SME Corp. Malaysia  di http://www.smecorp.gov.my

ii.      Semua permohonan hendaklah disertakan dengan salinan kelayakan akademik, kad pengenalan dan maklumat-maklumat lain yang berkaitan yang telah disahkan.

iii.      Permohonan daripada pegawai – pegawai yang sedang berkhidmat dalam Perkhidmatan Awam, Badan Berkanun atau Pihak Berkuasa Tempatan hendaklah dikemukakan melalui Ketua Jabatan masing – masing dan pastikan salinan Kenyataan Perkhidmatan yang kemaskini dan Laporan Penilaian Prestasi terkini disertakan bersama. Permohonan yang dikemukakan tidak melalui Ketua Jabatan tidak akan dipertimbangkan.

iv.      Borang permohonan yang telah lengkap diisi hendaklah dihantar dalam sampul surat dan  di sudut atas sebelah kiri hendaklah ditulis NAMA JAWATAN YANG DIPOHON dan hendaklah dihantar kepada :-

1) Applicant must possess :

  • Possess at least Diploma / Degree in Accounting
